Good food, delivers, local, friendly staff

Won't order from here again. Got take-out and pizza was burnt. Had a sandwich, didn't dare to eat it because the roast beef smelled like it had gone bad.

Been going for years. Really excellent food!

I hate giving bad reviews but this was not a good visit the server tried hard maybe she was new idk the staff didn't wear gloves when prepping food and it wasn't tasty at all...hope they can turn it around but I will never know can't go back..

Meh, mediocre at best! The nicest thing I can say is that the young man who delivered the food was great! Food, not so much

My family loves Basil's, we used to go to Vespas in Essex, but now they have been surpassed by the Basil's! Wooh!

Good food. One of the few options for delivery in the area. Usually comes within half hr/45 mins. The Calzones are so big it’s like folding a large pizza in half over itself. The portions on a lot of items will leave you with some midnight snack leftovers. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!!

Food is delicious! Staff is friendly and on top of things. They have a quick turn around time. Restaurant is in need of a refresher with a clean, consistent, welcoming, themed decor. Seating needs to be resituated for more of an intimate space but with more lighting.

A coworker and I ordered from Basil’s and asked for delivery. A bacon cheeseburger with fries and a turkey sub toasted with chips. Pretty simple order. The order was placed at 11:40am and never arrived until 1:02pm. By then the burger was cold and the sub was warm. There was a half a handful of chip crumbs in the bottom of the container, the sub had one slice of turkey and some warm mayo. Also on top of the sub roll was a smear of what appeared to marinara sauce even though our order didn’t have anything saucey with it. Twenty two dollars for a lunch that went into the trash minus a couple of bites because by the time our order arrived it was too late to get something else. Total disappointment and so gross!

If you happen to get your order right, congrats to you. Simple order..substitute lettuce for onions on my gyro! " oh I'm sorry sir, I'll try to do better next time" well how does that make up for this time? "Well I could give you a couple dollars off your next order" how about you give me my meal next time? "Well I cant do that without asking a manager" So like really, i need to tell you to talk to your manager to give me what I just asked for? So I'll just post this for all to see! I simply wanted lettuce instead of onions! Oh!!! And this is not medium cooked!!!! Looks like it's time to get people who know the menu, And people that know how to cook!!!Update:Recalled after an unsuccessful first attempt wanting to speak directly to manager or owner. Was able to do so and made the situation whole! Thank you.

I went there for supper with friends. I ordered a tuna sub with chips. After 45 minutes of waiting I told them never mind I am not waiting for a simple order. I will never go there again. Very poor service and a waitress who does not know the menu

Very friendly and on the spot staff excellent food. Will return again and again. The kids love it too.

Great pizza is made here! I appreciate authentic hand tossed pies. The pepperoni and cheese is a simple and great treat for the tastebuds. Great delivery service, as well.

You must be a local to get ANY LOVE here. Don’t come if they don’t recognize you!!
